This course enables you to develop a greater understanding of diversity within society and explore the importance of promoting equality, inclusion, and respect for all individuals. You will learn about different experiences, identities, and perspectives, while developing the knowledge and skills needed to challenge discrimination, encourage positive relationships, and support inclusive environments in everyday life and the workplace.

This course will be assessed based on the Gateway Level 2 Award criteria


After completing this course, you can progress to further study in areas such as Health and Social Care, Sociology, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Early Years, Public Services, Human Resources, and Community Development. The knowledge and skills gained can also support progression into higher education courses, including Social Work, Nursing, Teaching, Criminology, Law, and Human Rights.
