This course develops the knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver excellent customer service in a range of workplace settings. It explores the importance of effective communication and positive face-to-face interactions, helping learners build confidence when engaging with customers. The course also covers techniques for dealing with challenging situations and resolving conflict professionally, while maintaining a calm and respectful approach. In addition, learners will develop an understanding of workplace professionalism, including appropriate behaviour, appearance, teamwork, and communication, enabling them to provide a positive customer experience and represent their organisation effectively.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
A short observation is required for this course.
You can progress on to Level 2 diploma in the workplace, other short courses or an Access course.
