The ECITB Work Ready Programme is a 16-week industry-focused training programme designed to equip learners with the practical engineering skills, recognised qualifications, and employability knowledge needed to progress into the Engineering Construction sector. Combining classroom learning, hands-on practical training, and industry preparation, the programme supports learners in developing confidence and workplace readiness for semi-skilled engineering roles. Participants will gain vocational engineering qualifications, safety certifications, digital skills, and practical experience, with successful completion providing a pathway towards employment opportunities, including a guaranteed employer interview.
