Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy

You will need to undertake an end point assessment with an external examiner from VCTC.

Upon successful completion of this course, you can progress to more advanced aesthetic and skin rejuvenation training, expanding your treatment portfolio and enhancing your career opportunities within the beauty and aesthetics industry. This qualification provides a strong foundation for offering professional chemical exfoliation treatments and can support progression into advanced skin treatments, aesthetic practitioner roles, self-employment, or further specialist qualifications in areas such as microneedling, dermaplaning, and advanced facial therapies.

• Skin Anatomy and Physiology - Detailed study of skin layers, function, and how treatments affect the skin

• Client Consultation - Techniques for effective client communication and consultation
• Aftercare - Guidelines for post-treatment care and managing client expectations

Throughout the course, you will also gain hands-on experience of chemical peel procedures by working on a range of models to build your own case study portfolio.
