Prep for Progress is a practical, engaging programme designed for learners who are ready to take the next step towards greater independence and future opportunities. Aimed at learners with SEND who are developing the skills and confidence to progress, the course helps learners identify their strengths, explore future pathways, and build the knowledge and experience needed for adult life.
Through a supportive and dynamic learning environment, learners develop confidence, independence, employability skills, and personal resilience while exploring a range of progression opportunities within college and beyond. The programme provides the structure and guidance needed to help learners make informed choices about their next steps, whether that leads to further study, supported employment, volunteering, or other meaningful destinations.
