This course is designed for students who want to develop their creative skills and build confidence in Art and Design. You will explore a range of materials, tools and equipment while learning and developing a variety of artistic techniques.
Throughout the course, you will create and present your own final art project, which could include painting, drawing, printmaking or textile-based techniques. You will gain practical experience while developing your creativity, ideas and personal style.
Alongside your practical lessons, you will receive individual tutorials and careers guidance sessions to support your progress and help you plan your next steps.
On successful completion, you can progress to a range of further qualifications at Level 2 or above.
