You will build essential industry skills by responding to briefs, creating garments and textile outcomes, and developing a professional portfolio of work.
You will showcase your designs through exhibitions and an end-of-year catwalk show, while gaining valuable experience through live projects, industry briefs, gallery visits, guest speakers and links with creative professionals.
Based in specialist studios with industry-standard facilities, you will develop your technical skills, creativity and confidence for progression to university or employment in the creative industries. Opportunities may also include international experiences through the Turing Scheme, helping you explore fashion and textiles within a global context.
