The Construction Operative Skills Bootcamp is a hands-on training programme designed to provide learners with the essential skills, knowledge, and industry-recognised qualifications needed to begin a career in the construction sector. The course develops practical site skills, workplace safety awareness, and confidence to work effectively on construction projects. Learners will complete training in areas including health and safety, CSCS card preparation, first aid, manual handling, fire awareness, and other key construction practices. On successful completion, learners will be prepared for a range of entry-level construction roles and will have the opportunity to progress through employer interview opportunities.

This bootcamp is supported by local employers who will interview you at the end of the course for a suitable role in construction


The Construction Operative Skills Bootcamp modules are designed to develop the practical abilities, safety awareness, and workplace skills required for employment within the construction industry. Learners will complete training covering construction health and safety, CSCS preparation, site operations, manual handling, fire awareness, first aid, and essential construction practices. The programme also focuses on developing employability skills, confidence, and an understanding of working effectively within a construction site environment, preparing learners for a variety of entry-level construction roles.
